Postal costs set by this company are added to all article prices seen in our site.
CASANOVA Store ships every tuesdays and thursdays depending on the demanded list of articles.
Delivery deadlines are from 5 to 7 days weekly days.
Exclusive operation in Portugal
CASANOVA Store only operates in Portugal.
No special requests will be accepted for any other country or continent.

The product must be returned in the first 15 days after delivery in its original and new condition, in its original packaging including all respective components, with no signs of use.
We are sorry but CASANOVA Store will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged during the shipment of the returned product.
We recommended using Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery when shipping the item back to CASANOVA Store and getting proof of postage from the provider.
Please be aware that all the taxes, duties or additional costs borne by the customer will not be refunded by CASANOVA Store.
